Serve with eggs in any style, or even better - pancakes and maple syrup. Whatever size link you choose, these sausages will make for some hearty breakfast meals.
Available in traditional (approx 1 oz links) or XL (approx 2oz links).
Your order will contain one 5lb Box, It averages about 24 2oz links and 48 1oz links.
Ingredients: Pork, Water, Salt, Non-Fat Dry Milk, Dextrose, Spices, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Natural Flavors, Extractives of Paprika, BHA, BHT, Citric Acid.
All sausages are packed and shipped frozen in insulated boxes and 5lb gel packs to ensure quality upon arrival! The cost of shipping is included in the product price.

Ive been buying the Italian sausage for years but tried the breakfast sausages and we are now hooked. The breakfast sausages are exceptional. I separate the layers and vacuum seal, so I can freeze and break off four at a time to cook to order. Pop them frozen in a non stick skillet with a tablespoon of water to steam and then brown. Takes ten minutes! They are juicy and well seasoned and DELICIOUS. I put a small amount of butter into the skillet to brown them as the sausages are VERY lean. I did try the larger ones once but came back to the regular sized links as they are a better proportion at breakfast. The larger ones have too much chew for breakfast and are oddly filling.

The breakfast sausage is seasoned to perfection with very little fat cooking out. In addition to breakfast we had a delicious dinner of sausage alongside fried cabbage with onions and noodles. I am looking forward to a dinner of sausage cuddled up to white beans and a veggie. I definately will be ordering more.

The sausage is terrific, I usually dislike the sausage that is given in restaurants, it never taste good.. Too much grease taste however these sausage are really tasty, we have them with eggs and pancakes better than bacon. I will definitely buy them again. Next time the larger ones (2 oz) size. We regularly order these breakfast sausages because of their 'just-right' blend of spices and their perfect 'chew.' I made my own sausages for years: quality cuts of meat, properly trimmed make the product. The Esposito family starts in the same way. Each month, the product arrives carefully wrapped and boxed. Each month the flavor, texture, and amount of fat are perfect. Photos on this site accurately show the product and the packing. I use a vacuum sealer to break down the loose links into the size of our meals. Vacuum packing allows the sausage to stay fresh until the entire 5 pounds find their way into our breakfasts.

Born and raised in Chelsea New York, like to think I know good food. Moved to Florida 30 years ago and I have not been able to get quality sausage since then. Breakfast sausage links are mediocre at best and quality always changes. Finally decided to go back to my roots and ordered the two ounce breakfast sausage from Esposito‘s. The very best I have ever had. Should have done this along time ago. First thing I do is throw them in the oven at 350 while I am preparing my coffee and breakfast. Once they are lightly brown I put them in the frying pan and finish them off with my eggs. They were absolutely the best.
