It is my fault I did not take pictures of the box upon arrival. But the sausage came frosted completely. Freezer burnt! You can see the grayness.
This is my feedback and experience. I really wanted these to be good. Disappointment.

I cooked six of the sausage links and they tasted spoiled two other people thought the same thing. It was either bad or just did not like the flavor when I received the box. It looked like the sausage. It leaked a little bit because it was froze solid and they were all stuck together, but very unhappy with the product I would like a refund.

These are our favorite breakfast sausages. The 5 lb box arrived frozen surrounded by dry ice packs. Because of the convenient way they’re packed, separating the frozen sausages for repackaging in vacuum sealed bags is easy. They keep for months in the freezer this way.

Your packaging is not very user friendly for moderate serving sizes.
The 1 Oz sausage arrived in a frozen block. The sausage was all freezer burnt with ice inside of the box. This was disappointing to sausage the least. How can we make this right. Thanks for your time.

One note or suggestion. The links are hard to separate for future freezing.

Bought 5 lb box of Italian hot sausage and a 5 lb box of breakfast links. I have yet to try the Italian...maybe this weekend. The breakfast links were NOT GOOD at all. Very coarse and not flavorful. I buy Jones frozen sausage links at my local Lowes and they are superior by far. I contacted Mary Ann at Esposito's offering to send back the remaining sausages for a refund. She said she would issue a gift card (denomination not specified). I simply told her I'd prefer a refund........CRICKETTS! I'll chalk it up to NY arrogance and never order from Esposito's again.

My order can frozen and all the sausages were freezer burned. They also had a strange odor,after cooking a few I threw the whole order away. The company after hearing my complaint were generous enough to issue me a credit for any other order.

I was shipped the wrong sausage, but Expositos shipped my correct order quickly and accurately. The breakfast sausage is both, more delicious than the supermarket brand and very cost efficient when you order on line. You'll be surprised!

I was really disappointed as I have ordered before. The sausage arrived in a 5 pound box of course. They must have been frozen for a long period of time because it was had to chip all the ice away to freeze in smaller batches. I kept several out and cooked the following morning for breakfast. Was not pleased as some of them hag an old and unpleasant taste. I am of course concerned the 4 1/2 pounds in the freezer are the same way.

I could hardly wait to cook the breakfast sausage when I got it. I broke it down into 10 sausages packages while it was still frozen. I thawed one package in the frig for the following morning. It was gray in color and looked like it had freezer burn. I cooked the sausages. they smelled terrible and the taste was worse. My husband said to get rid of them.
I would really like my money back please. $70.00 is alot of money for bad meat.

My three packages arrived still frozen which was great so I put two in the freezer and one in the fridge to thaw and tried it the next day but there was a terrible smell from the thawing bag in my fridge...
I fried up four of the sausages (well) and they tasted a little gamey but were edible and refroze the remaining sausages in several plastic freezer bags.
I'm not sure what to do with them...Bring them to my sister's house for Christmas and see if they're edible?
Probably not...Very disappointing because I love link sausage and this sausage was a bit pricey!

We tried 6 links the day after arrival. They did taste and we were very disappointed. It appears they must have thawed on the trip here and were rotten. We tossed them out. I had high hopes they would be better based on other reviews. Maybe a quicker delivery to Florida would have arrived in better shape.

Great taste. Suggestion- wrap small breakfast sausages in groups of 6 or 8. Hot sausages in groups of 3 or 4.

Thawing process, or freezing has to be for smaller amts not the whole 5 lbs.
Smaller packages for meals have to be available.
Takes too much time to break apart 5lbs .
