I left Massachusetts eight years ago and moved to Southwest Florida, I have not had a good hotdog or a good sausage for that matter a good piece of haddock, I saw you on Facebook. I ordered your products and I will tell you they are absolutely amazing, For me personally I find them better in the crockpot again that’s just me personally thank you very much.

We’re from NY so it’s to get anything down here that tastes like home. The sausages locally either have too much black pepper or too many fennel seeds. Enjoyed both the sweat n hots… now if I can get some real bread

My only complaint is that the hot rope sausage was one frozen block, a piece of butcher paper placed between half would suffice. Great tasting sausage, I ordered the sampler.

1st order came freezer burnt, told it would be ok. Placed another order of hot sausage and paid for it over 2 weeks ago and was told out of it. Then I got an email telling the truck that was going lost and would be updated in a few days. Still don’t have and was told a ticket was made etc, to ship but the site that is given DOES NOT WORK. So we will see how long it takes to receive this order. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the service especially being a 1st order customer.

I have already rated these sausages separately, but they are of very good quality and the purchase couldn't have been easier or quicker.

I purchased the product based on their ad from the website, stating: Authentic New York Sausages. Made daily and delivered to your door, since 1933! I thought they were made in NYC and shipped from there. The return address on the package was from somewhere in IL. Anyway, back to the sausages. I found them to be unauthentic Italian sausages. From the grind of the meat to the color and taste, I found them to be no better than supermarket sausages. Frank

Excellent sausage, what I really loved that it didn’t have fat pellets. Hot sausage just enough heat. Sweet sausage excellent too. Love the fennel.

The sausages are very well packaged and frozen which ensured that I really felt comfortable when they arrived. Taste is great, I definitely preferred the spicy sausage.

Why isn’t there a smaller sample if your sausage is that good smaller sample so that we can check it out if you like it then we go to the next one 10 pound of sausage is just too much to buy and not knowing how it taste

Love them both sweet and hot. Did a mix with sauce onions and peppers. Did another on flat top. Both exceptional

The sausage is just ok. Definitely not even close to the best sausage I’ve ever had. Combine that with the cost and you need to thaw cut up and vacuum seal it (and re-freeze it) .

Sausage sampler is truly awesome and very tasty. I am waiting for the remaining portion of my initial order.

I ordered hot and sweet Italian sausage. I received chorizo and sausage without fennel. Looked like a freezer burned pile of crap. Don’t fall for their scam. I will never order from them again and I beg everyone else not to waste their money. The whole order was only worthy of the garbage.

Very tasty Italian sausage. We were hoping for a circular sausage half the diameter. Growing up in Brooklyn, we called that sausage pinwheel, which was held together with skewers.

The only reason I gave a midline rating was due to the length of time it took from when I ordered the product to when I received it. I felt customer service had my order fall through the cracks and I had to seek & find out where it was and what the delay was. Based on this initial experience I’m debating on whether or not to take a chance on you all again - I’m fearful that my next order will get delayed or forgotten again.

The sausage is tasty and not too spicy. Cooked on a gas grill, it stayed moist and not super greasy. It was frozen when delivered. Only issue with that is the hot sausage wasn't sliced. I was not planning to use it in one serving and struggled a bit slicing if while frozen.

I never received my sausage sweet and hot. I would love to get the remainder of my order.

Cooked the hot sausage. It was a disappointment. It was very bland. Not spicy at all. We love Louisiana Hot Links. This didn’t even come close. Also, it was supposed to be a sampler it was TOO MUCH! The sweet sausage we didn’t even try. It also was too much to defrost just a little bit as there are only two of us and we never could have eaten all of it before it went bad. Never order again.

WONDERFUL sausage! Best I've had in 20 years

Excellent quality meat with the layered flavors that delightfully satisfied our senses. I prepared Italian Sausage sandwiches for lunch of 10 guests . Everyone was so impressed with the sausages. I will definitely order again.

It was unfortunate that my sampler box did not contain the hot sausage but a 5 lb box of chorizo. I understand your company had problems and could not send the hot. I do like the sweet sausage but have not tried the chorizo yet.

It took over a month to receive my order. Have not tried the chorizo, but the sweet italian is delicious in the air fryer. I didn't see the hot sausage in the sampler, but perhaps it is frozen at the bottom, and I only cut the top thawed part to cook. I was not disappointed.

The hot sausage is good. It has just the right amount of heat. The breakfast sausage is very disappointing. The breakfast sausage arrived freezer burned and that really damaged the texture and flavor. There's little to no fennel flavor in the sweet sausage, and certainly no fennel seeds. My wife likes it, but I think it's not even as good as what I can buy at the grocery store.

I was surprised that the box arrived frozen. It made it very difficult to separate the hot sausage. And separating the coil of sweet was impossible. Why wouldn’t you ship it cooled and not frozen?

It came exactly the way you explained it nice and frozen. I haven’t eaten any yet but they look like they’re very delicious especially I’m originally from New York and the sausage in Florida. I don’t wanna say the word. thank you.

A little salty...

Received the sausage last week. The sausage had freezer burn when I open it up. Looked like it was in the freezer for a long time. The sausage was so hard to get out of the box. Why don’t you make a box where a customer can easily get some links out of the box and put it back in the freezer. I’m not going to cook 10lbs of sausage at one time. Also, was excited about cooking sone of it the next day. Cook it in a skillet with peppers and onions and it was so dry. Sorry I baught it!

Would order only links in the future. Rope is to hard to handle.

I tried the sweet sausage. It was excellent.

I have not tried the Spicey one yet. I froze it for later. The sweet italian was good. My family liked it but did not think it was extra special. Perhaps they are too picky. That was a lot of sausage to use up. I finally made some meatballs with the leftovers and am enjoying them now.

I think the breakfast sausage may have spoiled prior to freezing it was discolored and had a smell (herbaceous?). I’m giving it a chance and will cook this weekend. I’d love it if you could make the sweet sausage in links like the hot easier to break up when frozen but I managed to it looks amazing can’t wait to cook tomorrow

Living in Georgia I miss the great taste of NY sausage. Esposito’s brings back fond memories of my dad making his homemade sausage when my brothers and I were kids. Ordered 5 lbs mild and 5 lbs hot sausage and it is delicious. Thanks Esposito’s, I am a loyal customer!

I tried the hot italian sausage the day it arrived-I was delighted with the flavor and spiceyness . my oly complaint while I like sausage in link vs patties yours arrived in rope which made it somewhat difficult to make into a link without thawing the entire patch-so my only questions is do you ship link style Italian sausages?

I have not received any updates on this order and it has not arrived. What do you want?

Well, the good part of the sausage was it had a fairly good flavor. Some of the negative aspects was that they come in one large 5 pound block in each you’re not able to consume it all at one time and being unable to break it apart frozen you’ll have to thaw the whole thing. The next negative thing is all the water in the 70 years. I’ve been on this planet I have not seen as much water in frozen sausages I’ve seen in yours. There was at least 3 cups of water. I don’t know to be exact, but when I thought it out in a big Tupperware container in the refrigerator, that’s how deep the water was so now I’m going to thaw the other box and save the water and then re-weigh it. I don’t want to think you padded the weight with water, but somehow something smells fishy here.

The hot sausage was not better than that produced by the grocery chain in the Texas Hill Country. My Long Island wife found the mild sausage to be bland. Definitely not worth the trouble of ordering online.

The order was placed on 1/15/25 expecting the order to arrive by 1/18/ 25 as advertised for the weekend, it arrived 1/24/25 found thrown out on the side of the road! partially THAWED OUT! The commercial leads you to believe that the sausage is made in NEW YORK! mine was shipped from Palatine, IL. As per your commercial, I expected LINKS, I got ROPE SAUSAGE, I wanted LINKS. So am I happy, NO

I would like it if you could make the sausage into links I live alone and was a pain to have to partialy thaw and cut into links and vacuum seal Other than this it is REALLY GOOD Thank you Mike Jazwinski

best Italian sausage you can buy

Order arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as placed

Product was delivered frozen. Can not use 10 pounds of frozen sausage. Frozen sausage is not fresh. Can not suggest anyone to order fresh sausage and get it frozen. Poor product. They don't reply also.

Love both the sweet and hot sausage. But can never buy again. Because you cannot guarantee that this product is Gluten free. I have members of my family that are GF. So I cannot change from other brands that are GF. Like Premio, New York Style sausage and many other New York tristate area that ship like you guys. Sorry for many people like me without a Gluten Issue your sausage is Awesome.

I expected at least one of the sausages to be links. Instead I recieved both in the rope form. Was very disappointed.
