When I received my order, I defrosted the sausage and air-fried it at 400 degrees. I think I may not have cooked long enough, even though my instant-read thermometer read 160 degrees internal. In my opinion, the flavor was good but not great. That could be because of my not cooking long enough. I will be pan-frying more sausages tonight and see the outcome.

It was nice but didn't live up to the reviews I read. There's some local butchers here in Vegas that make a sausage comparable to yours. I liked it along but it's not something that blows the doors off of local butchers. I'll give you credit...there's a significant less amount of fat in your sausage than others. I haven't tried the HOT SAUSAGE yet but I bet it's a nice quality. I don't want to hurt a family business that truly seems to work hard to make a great product so feel free to omit my opinion.....good luck, you sell a nice product but nothing so far outstanding. The products tasted old. Like they had been freezer burned as far as shipping one of the boxes wasn't up to proper temperature. I cook for a living and was trying our your products for a catering job i have coming up in May. I'll just have to find someone local.

While the density of the sweet sausage was excellent with good flavor i did miss more fennel. With the eight links we’ve eaten so far, only two links had any taste of fennel.
And the shipping was top notch but frozen in one big chunk! Who wants to wait and partially thaw out the links to get them to separate to serving size. Fix those items and 5 stars for sure!

The Sweet Italian Sausage was amazing! It was the best I've ever tasted. The taste of the fennel and other spices took this sausage to another level! Would have took photos and or videos, but I don't own a Smartphone. Highly recommended!

The sweet Italian Sausage was really delicious. Made homemade meat balls and a meat sauce and I was so tasty. I originally ordered 1 sweet and 1 hot but I received 1 sweet with parsley and provolone instead of hot. That one is so delicious as well. I can't wait to taste the hot.

The sweet is ground to fine and lacking in spice flavor otherwise it’s a good sausage with a pepper and egg sandwich or traditional sandwich with Gravy. I was referred to you by a friend here in Florida.

I got the sweet link sausages, my first order. They arrived a day late due to weather but were well packaged and still frozen. They were delicious, nice lean sausages but I didn’t taste the fennel, which is why I ordered them. It would be great if the sausages were wrapped in packages of 4 or 6 links because I had to defrost the entire box.

My husband always made lasagna for Super Bowl Sunday. We would make a 60 mile round trip just to get sausage from the Italian pork store. We enjoyed the sweet sausage. Have yet to try the hot sausage that was part of the order. My one criticism would be the packaging of the product. It would be ideal if the sausages were packaged in such a way that it would not be necessary to thaw everything to prepare what you needed.

Was not impressed. I find a Johnsonville had more flavor in its Italian sausage than your sausage which was very surprising. I had no real flavorat all in my Italian sausage. It tasted just like plain pork to me.

I am an italian who recently moved from the New York area to Texas. The food is so different and I can't get anything resembling real italian ingredients. Their italian sausage was just bland. Loved the sausage HOWEVER it came in such a frozen solid block that unless you're planning on defrosting and cooking the whole thing, trying to divide it to make smaller packages for family usage was nearly impossible.
