- 5 Esposito Sausage Chorizo Sausage Links (De-Cased)
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1 cup sliced zucchini/summer squash
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Heat a skillet on medium heat and cook chorizo while breaking it up with a spatula for a few minutes.
- Add in the onion and squash and sauté until soft for about 4 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Pour egg mixture over the chorizo and cook until eggs are cooked through.
