Our Chorizo Hash


  • 5 Esposito Sausage Chorizo Sausage Links (De-Cased)
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini/summer squash
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk


  1. Heat a skillet on medium heat and cook chorizo while breaking it up with a spatula for a few minutes.
  2. Add in the onion and squash and sauté until soft for about 4 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Pour egg mixture over the chorizo and cook until eggs are cooked through.
