- 1 lb Chicken Sweet Apple Sausage, casings removed
- 2 Apples, cored and chopped
- 8 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Set your oven's heat to 375°F (190°C).
- In an oven-safe skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook; split it with a spoon until it gets browned and fully cooked.
- Please add the apples to the skillet and continue cooking.
- Beat the eggs and pour them over the sausage and apples. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Move the skillet to the preheated oven and prepare for 10-15 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Allow the frittata to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
