Sausage Sampler for Ten!

Got the sampler. Only tried the thin chicken with mozzarella and broccoli rabe so far and it was delicious. One thing that would suggest make it better is to skewer them to make it easier to flip. Although I don’t see it offered, one of my favorite sausages is civelatte(spelling?), thin and made with pork, cheese, and parsley. I’m from NY- Arthur Ave, and recently moved to Nashville to be with family. Difficult finding, among other things, any good sausage. I am hoping they will add it to their list of offerings.

I grew up in Brooklyn and was used to delicious Italian sausages. I moved to the Hudson Valley, and could not find the same taste in any of the sausages I purchased. I saw your ad and ordered the Bundle, and the taste brought me back home. The most delicious, well spiced and meaty saugages ever. I am so happy that my Sunday gravy over pasta has the correct taste once again! Your chicken sausage is so flavorful, you forget it's chicken. Thank you for continuing with your old world, original recipes for your products. I will certainly be a repeat customer.
