My First Porchetta.... Bought From Esposito's In NYC.... They Have Some Fine, Fine Meats..... Oven Cooked... Turned Out Perfect.... Did My Homework On How To Cook It Right.... Crispy On The Outside... Meat so tender it melts like butter in your mouth on the inside.... The next one will be cooked on the spit BBQ.... To Get Some Smoke... I Am A Happy Camper.....
