Excellent products, very high quality! My only reservation is that we ordered the classic Italian Hot Sausage and received the Chicken sausage. Upon inquiry, we were told that you were out of the Italian Hot Sausage and it would be 3 weeks before it was in stock. You need to be careful about your aggressive advertising if you can't meet the demand - either slow down a bit or hire more staff for production. Do not alter your approach to processing, because it is the best sausage we have ever eaten!

These are our favorite breakfast sausages. The 5 lb box arrived frozen surrounded by dry ice packs. Because of the convenient way they’re packed, separating the frozen sausages for repackaging in vacuum sealed bags is easy. They keep for months in the freezer this way.

Thought I'd give these sausages a try and ordered some on Oct 2. Unfortunately a hurricane delayed my shipment enroute with UPS until October 14 so the sausages had not stayed cold. I was disappointed but thankfully when the the folks at Esposito's discovered what had happened, they shipped a replacement order and it arrived safe and delicious. I am from upstate NY. I now live in AZ. Can’t find good sausage at all, seen Esposito Sausage ads on Facebook. Thought I would give it a try since they were from NYC. I wish the packaging was four to five sausages in a freezer safe bag.
The way it is packaged, I have to partially thaw and re-package them myself into portions that can be used.
Just me and hubby and we can’t eat the whole box in one sitting.
