Love the sausage but the shipping…not so much. It arrived on a Monday and if it was packed with dry ice it was all gone. Sausage itself was in the process of defrosting. I would prefer it if the delivery was delayed so that it doesn’t sit over the weekend.

The hot sausage made with chicken is just as good as the hot sausage made with pork. They’re both delicious! I highly recommend it. The chicken rope is thinner than the pork. The order comes packaged with dry ice and is frozen when received. The sausage is extremely lean.

The sausage arrives as a solid brick that I struggle to separate while frozen.

The flavor was very good but the links are very small which makes the casing a more significant part of the actual weight ratio of meat vs. casing.

We cut the hot chicken wheels into meal size portions and enjoy enjoy them roasted with peppers and onions, or grilled, or broken up and stuffed into peppers etc. The flavor is traditional italian spice. Cant go wrong with these.

Start with shipping.... Arrived in Texas, 107 + degrees and ground temperature over 135 degrees.. sausage was frozen solid and all dry ice was intact. Hot chicken sausage is wonderful....fresh ground and full of flavor ready to be added to your favorite meal...

absolutely delicious and a godsend to those of us who do not eat pork. It is very hard to find sausage. It does not come in a pork casing. This product uses a sheep casing. Will definitely re-order.

Ever since moving to Florida I could not find the tasty quality chicken sausage that I was used to coming from NJ. I saw the ad for Esposito’s on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I love the chicken sausage! Its just like a taste of home. So happy I gave it a try. It arrived perfectly frozen.
The only change I would like to see is the packaging. The 5lbs of sausage was frozen together and difficult to pry apart to separate into smaller packages since it’s just for 2 of us.

No difference to me
I got these as a gift for my husband who I'm trying to feed healthier. If I had my eyes closed I would never have known these were not pork. They are skinnier in size then the pork but otherwise the same to me. He liked them too.
