Love this bracciole! I start my sauce by sautéing the bracciole in olive oil and garlic. Add your tomatoes (and/or anything else you normally use) and let simmer for a couple hours. The bracciole comes out nice and tender, and also gives the sauce a delicious flavor.

Made the pork braciole for Christmas Eve dinner. We really enjoyed it. I usually make braciole at Christmas using beef, but Esposito’s was just as tasty! Our family made sure there were no left overs!

Would have liked some pecorino in them. When I cook some more, I will put them in my sauce after braising and serve with pecorino romano.

Yes, this reminds me of what my Mama from Bari used to make. They are high quality, tasty and tender. Cooked them Mama's way: brown on all sides, add some Chianti, braise till wine is almost gone, add to tomato sauce, then bake or simmer. Molto delizioso!

Excellent Bracciole
Esposito's sausage is the holy grail of sausage and the bracciole is fabulous. It's not inexpensive, but after you have theirs, you won't eat any other.
