This was my first time ordering so I tried the sampler. The braciole was ok as was the mild sausage. However, the hot sausage was outstanding. Also, it would have been better if all the sausage was links to facilitate separation and re-freezing.

Product came on time and frozen. As I grew up in New Jersey as a young kid I have always loved the taste of Italian sausage. Yours reminds me of those times. Not much authentic Italian food in North Dakota.

On Star Delivery in Warm weather not great. Fortunately it arrived a day ahead of schedule, another day it may have been defrosted.
Sausage was still frozen but barely if you press on outside it would start to dent. Compared to my first two Utah Orders delivered via Fed EX Sausage was frozen Solid when arrived.
I guess I should only order in the winter.

Sausage was good, nothing spectacular compared to what i used to buy regularly in jersey. I did unfortunately bite into a tiny piece of bone in the hot sausage i cooked today in my broccoli rabe dish

Packaged arrived quickly and still frozen. I was concerned if it would defrost while in route from New York to Houston. Packaged great. We haven't had a chance to try the sweet or hot yet, but the hot chicken rope was fantastic.

I used to make sweet sausage, hot sausage and liver sausage with my grandmother and aunt stuffing it through a funnel into the intestinal casings and this brought back a lot of memories. Great stuff.

We’re from NY so it’s to get anything down here that tastes like home. The sausages locally either have too much black pepper or too many fennel seeds.

My only complaint is that the hot rope sausage was one frozen block, a piece of butcher paper placed between half would suffice.

The sausage is tasty and not too spicy. Cooked on a gas grill, it stayed moist and not super greasy.
It was frozen when delivered. Only issue with that is the hot sausage wasn't sliced. I was not planning to use it in one serving and struggled a bit slicing if while frozen.

It was unfortunate that my sampler box did not contain the hot sausage but a 5 lb box of chorizo. I understand your company had problems and could not send the hot. I do like the sweet sausage but have not tried the chorizo yet.

I was surprised that the box arrived frozen. It made it very difficult to separate the hot sausage. And separating the coil of sweet was impossible. Why wouldn’t you ship it cooled and not frozen?
