I ordered the 2 oz breakfast sausage and they arrived exactly when we were told. the sausages were frozen, yet I was able to separate them into smaller freezer pkgs. My guests and I enjoyed them thoroughly, so much so, that my guests immediately ordered them for their homes.

They were frozen rock solid. Almost petrified! and Bland tasting also

The packaging needs to be improved. Very hard to remove a couple of frozen sausages to keep the reset frozen. Thicker paper that is wider and longer might help. Otherwise yummy - just hard to handle.

Unless your cooking up the entire 5lbs at once, they are a frozen block. Recommend putting freezer paper every 5 links. Taste great for breakfast, and also sausage and peppers and onions. I'll buy again.

Never had this fat before

Your product was a total disappointment to me. When the box came it was packed and dry ice as it should be frozen, but when I thought some of it out it had an odd smell. I thought if I cooked it it would be different so I cooked two links and it was terrible! I mean awful! It was so bad I threw the whole box out I didn't even want to give it to my neighbor cuz I thought it would make her sick. That's what I get for ordering something online. I should have learned my lesson the first time I place an order with your company and it came like a week late and it was already spoiled. Well this package didn't seem any better. I had gotten your link sausages in New York and I guess they weren't yours some other company that I really liked and that's why I ordered from you. Anyway if anyone asked me I will tell them not to order anything from your company! Wasn't fresh and wasn't tasty.

Perfectly seasoned, delicious,perfect size to go with my Eggs over Easy,Fried taters, rye toast with Kerry Gold Butter,Black Coffee. Can't wait for the next breakfast. As I write this at 9:00 pm.

Amazing product. The only thing I would change is to offer smaller packs because it comes frozen and you need to chisel away what you want or eat five pounds in a couple of days. Product is special!

I've been looking for they type os breakfast sausage served at resort hotels and diners for at least 10 years. I've tried many store brands and mail order brands that dont even come close. These are THE sausages I've been looking for. The flavor is fresh - no trace of artificial preservatives, the taste is very flavorful, and the texture is unbelievably tender (melt in your mouth). These are great for both breakfast and as a dinner sausage. By adding a bit of fennel seeds and onions & bell peppers, they are great on a bun like the ones at the annual fair. As a heads up, they do release a ton of fat/grease when cooking, but I'm from the South so, not really bothered greasy or fried food... Just drain them if that's problematic for you. Try them, you can't go wrong.

Sausage came 2 weeks after I ordered it and was defrosted with all of the ice melted. We put in freezer but hopefully won’t get sick when we cook and eat it. Sent u a concern and u wanted a pic???? What would a pic of defrosted sausage actually smell and look like? Terrible customer service.

As always the order arrived frozen, and the sausage tastes great. I cooked it in my new Air fryer, that took a bit of trial to get them just right, but now I pop a couple in and in 8 minutes I have great tasting sausage to go with my eggs and pancakes :)

This sausage is tasty. It is described as 2 oz. links. The links I received weighted 3.5 oz. each.

I just got the 2oz breakfast sausage today. It tastes great. The only knock I have is that it comes frozen. I thought they were fresh. It was vitually impossible to seperate the links. Can they be partially defrosted to be able to seperate? I cant eat 5 lbs of sausage before it goes bad if i cant refreeze.

Arrived on time looked amazing I made them in the air fryer they were delicious and didn’t shrink down Only issue we had was trying to get them apart to separate Will definitely purchase again

This is the best tasting breakfast sausage I've ever had. However the packaging is horrible. It comes in a big box completely frozen as if it was being sold to a restaurant. It's already frozen so you have to either chip out a number of sausages or defrost the entire box. But who needs 25 sausages all at once? They need to stop spending so much on customized boxes and start spending money on vacuum sealed packaging. Separate the sausages into 1/4 of the Box in each vacu seal. This would allow to defrost in the vacuum seal a more appropriate number of sausages.

I have eaten my first link of the breakfast sausage. It is very good in flavor. The size of the links are much larger than “breakfast links” purchased in a grocery store. One Esposito link equals two regular size supermarket links so plan accordingly.

Originally from West Babylon. Grew up with these great sausages and forgot the name (I’m 74) then when I saw the Facebook post Iot all came back and I had to try tho. Boy did memories start flooding back to my childhood. They are so good (breakfast sausage) words can’t describe how good they are.

My wife and I both love the larger size breakfast sausages. We can barely even keep them in the fridge as leftovers as we both even like them cold also ! Run a sale on them so we can buy more !

I was hopeful when trying these that they would be similar to British bangers , pork, breakfast and the fact they were sausage shaped all had me hopeful. Sadly they are not what I was looking for and so if you are British I would avoid the disappointment. If American then they are vastly superior to the frozen breakfast paties you buy at a grocery store.

Could be the best breakfast sausage I have ever eaten! The only issue I have with you guys is the 5 lb pack was all in one package! I don't know too many people that eat 5 lbs in one week if it thaws you can't refreeze....so I had to chisel them into smaller sizes and put in freezer bags...pain in the ass! As good as the sausages are I probably won't order again!

You might have increased your customer list by people buying five pounds and dividing it equally amongst them so they can all enjoy! They are looking forward to St. Patrick's Day!!!

We purchased 20lbs total of Esposito's sausage. Five pounds each of 2oz Breakfast Sausage, Hot Italian, Sweet Italian and Chicken Apple. We haven't used the Italian sausages yet but we did use the other two. My daughter wanted the Chicken Apple because she tried it at college. We absolutely loved it. We made it with roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Didn't think I would be a chicken sausage guy but I am now. The Breakfast Sausage? You MUST try this. We got the larger 2oz links. I pan fried them, blackening them a little bit. They are superb. We had it with fried eggs and home fries but the sausage stole the show. It is the best breakfast sausage I have ever eaten. Highly recommended!

The entire family loves this sausage. This is the ultimate breakfast sausage you can actually have it with anything. I roast mine in the oven (convection 375) with some black pepper, turning a few times, about 25 minutes. Perfection

For being in business for over 88 years one would think you would learn how to package product. But no I received my order in 5 lb package’s only to learn it was all frozen together. And the only way to use it would be with a hammer. Not very happy at all. Would not order again got mad and threw it all in the garbage 20 pounds. Whole box that was advertised "made fresh daily" was delivered 1 frozen lump. They are replacing in 1"

Why can't you package the sausage in separate plastic bags, so they don't freeze into one unmanageable mess? Other than that, I LOVE your products.

I have always enjoyed breakfast sausage links that are larger than normal like you find at great breakfast spots and diners. However it turned out they're hard to find in retail stores.
