I wanted to take a moment to thank you and share my appreciation for your incredible products and customer service.
Your sausage is absolutely delicious—every variety I’ve tried has been full of flavor and a delight to cook, whether on the grill, in the oven, or in a skillet. I placed an order in early April, which included your breakfast sausage, as well as sweet and hot sausages. Although the order was slightly delayed, the real issue was that one of the 5 lb. boxes (the breakfast sausage) had torn open during shipping, and about half of the sausages had spilled throughout the cooler.
I emailed to express my disappointment about the delay and the damaged box. Your team responded promptly and courteously, asking if I had a photo (I didn’t) and offering to replace the breakfast sausage. I truly appreciated the gesture.
To my surprise and delight, just a few days later, not only did you replace the breakfast sausage—you replaced the entire order. That kind of customer service is rare and truly commendable. I’m grateful and impressed.
I will be recommending Esposito’s to all my friends and family. The quality, flavor, and integrity of your company stand out in today’s fast-paced world. Thank you again!

I served the sausage two ways, one off the grill and second in a sauce over penne. Both were meet with great satisfaction and delight from my guests who had never had such delicious tasting sausage. Very good and will be buying again and again.

The package was teceived still frozen solid, which is excellent. I live in an out of the way place, so that is important.
I have used them both in casing as sausages, and out of casing as a sauce ingredient.
The sausage in casing was a bit too dry, not enough fat. This may be mt personal preference. Flavor was not too sweet, which I like.
Pricing is very fair, so overall will be reordering..

When I received the sausage, though still frozen was a bit on the thawing side.
The sausage was an excellent quality...not fatty...very meaty.
However, the flavor was a bit lacking. The taste of the fennel and other Italian spices was not as powerful as I expected and I was underwhelmed.
Overall, it is obviously of good quality, but I probably won't buy again as it left my taste buds wanting more flavor.

We used to buy Esposito sausages in Sam’s club all the time. Then they stopped carrying them. Saw I could buy them online. I feel they weren’t as juicy and tasty. They were very dry. My husband and I were very disappointed.

Coming from an Italian and Sicilian background I have to say I love your sausage everything about it was perfect. The only complaint I have was the packing. One of the boxes the hot sausage the cellophane window was loose and unfortunately, I don’t think that is good in regards to sanitary conditions. But other than the cellophane window becoming loose, everything else was good in regards to the delivery. At some point, I’m sure I will re-order.

My family were butchers from Italy and I have been looking for Italian sausage as close to what we made as possible your sausage is excellent and not too fine ground like some companies make more like a breakfast sausage than an Italian sausage very happy with the product

I ordered the sample pack and cooked up the sweet sausage on the grill and was a bit disappointed. Growing up in New Jersey I love Italian sausage but yours was a bit bland, like it was missing something. I cooked up the Hot Sausage tonight and it is delicious!! Love it!! I don’t know if I got the Fennel less Sweet Sausage in the sampler. But something was definitely missing.

When I received my order, I defrosted the sausage and air-fried it at 400 degrees. I think I may not have cooked long enough, even though my instant-read thermometer read 160 degrees internal. In my opinion, the flavor was good but not great. That could be because of my not cooking long enough. I will be pan-frying more sausages tonight and see the outcome.

It was nice but didn't live up to the reviews I read. There's some local butchers here in Vegas that make a sausage comparable to yours. I liked it along but it's not something that blows the doors off of local butchers. I'll give you credit...there's a significant less amount of fat in your sausage than others. I haven't tried the HOT SAUSAGE yet but I bet it's a nice quality. I don't want to hurt a family business that truly seems to work hard to make a great product so feel free to omit my opinion.....good luck, you sell a nice product but nothing so far outstanding. While the density of the sweet sausage was excellent with good flavor i did miss more fennel. With the eight links we’ve eaten so far, only two links had any taste of fennel.
And the shipping was top notch but frozen in one big chunk! Who wants to wait and partially thaw out the links to get them to separate to serving size. Fix those items and 5 stars for sure!
