I wanted to try them never had this kind of sausage, so I cooked some on the grill and some in a skillet They both cooked up with a nice crust ,grill marks . The taste and smell were mild and not over powering . I definitely will be purchasing more

Loved Esposito’s when we lived in NYC. Still love Esposito’s when we moved to Massachusetts 40 years ago! We order from them 3-4 times per year. We have two favorite wheels: Chicken Sausage Stuffed with Broccoli Rabe & Mozzarella and Sweet Sausage with Provolone & Parsley. Fabulous!

Love Esposito sausage!! I used to buy it at the 9th Avenue store. Then I moved out of state. I can’t live without my sausage and now order thru the internet and it’s shipped to Massachusetts in dry ice. It used to come unfrozen but still cold from the dry ice. Now it comes frozen and it is very hard to separate the 3 wheels to freeze. But I still can’t live without my Esposito sausage!

I saute the sausage in a deep pan until they are nice and brown. I then covers with a VERY good pasta sauce and cook for about 30-45 minutes. The sausages make the entire house smell amazing and they are absolutely amazing. Served our some pasta, AWESOME!!!!!!

Sausage arrived Monday as promised; packed beautifully and almost still completely frozen. The order consists of three rings equaling 5 pounds! I divided two of the rings and made 4 rings which I wrapped and froze for future use. Decided to cook the whole third ring for dinner. It was DELICIOUS! Could taste (and see) both the mozzarella and broccoli rabe in each bite. Served with slices of fresh Italian bread and sautéed zucchini. I am pleased to report that my husband and I finished the whole ring! We have had chicken sausage from other sources; we live on Long Island and there are many fine Italian stores to shop at, but Esposito’s was the best- juicy, so flavorful and not salty. Awesome Chicken Sausage!
Just cooked up the sweet chicken sausage with broccoli rabe and mozzarella and it was amazing! I wasn't sure if I would like chicken sausage as much as pork sausage but I would definitely recommend it now!
