Love the sweet hot Italian sausage! I opened up the package immediately and divided the sausages up into separate "manageable" bags and put them in the freezer. I put 5 on the grill and served them with peppers, onions and marinara sauce. And I saved one, removed the casing and crumbled it on my homemade pizza. Nope, didn't even have to pre-cook it because my oven was super hot at 500 degrees and it cooked perfectly So flavorful and just the right amount of heat.

The sausages were good. The packing was not so great. The cellophane was loose and not in place when the package was delivered to my home. It’s always a bit concerning when the packing is not completely sealed and you’re ordering a food product.

The sausage is always delicious. The packaging this shipment was not very good . I think the carrier let this sit somewhere causing the inner packaging to deteriorate. This left some of the upper layer of sausages in a defrosting stage of which I had to cook right away . Never had this issue in previous orders !!
