Well I got the first box wrong product sent was sent 5lbs breakfast sausage still have 4lbs from previous order emails from 3 different people and they finally sent the product after the time it was needed great products shipping department leaves a lot to be desired

The chicken sausage coil was delicious. It arrived in timely fashion and we enjoyed it as part of our Father's Day grilling feast. My only quibble is this--I wish I had known that there was only a thin piece of paper separating the coils in the box. I froze it whole and then had to partially thaw it all back out to separate them. I then wrapped the remaining coils and refroze them. Now knowing that I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again. Excellent.

Nice Flavor
After seeing these on QVC I decided to get these directly since I don't care for the cheese flavors that came in the QVC offering. They were very tasty and had alot of the fennel seed they promised.

Gotta tell ya....it's light seasoned just right,not dense like a pork sausage and the casing is different and tender.They did not disappoint me.When something is "good" you'll have it shipped to Vegas like I do.
