Ingredients:
- 1 lb Bratwurst, sliced
- 4 Potatoes, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Warm 1 tbsp of oil in a large-sized skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced bratwurst and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Using the same skillet, add another tbsp of olive oil. Add the diced potatoes, onion, and bell pepper. Season with salt and Pepper.
- Cook, stirring periodically, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Return the cooked bratwurst to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot.
