no apparent pepper or onion stuffing
the grind of the meat is not as coarse as I would hoped it would be, but all in all a nice product, packed well and shipped quickly.
cooked most of it in a pepper and onion sauce and served on some rolls everyone liked them
afterwards, I sliced the remaining sausages and served in sauce with tortellini.
Family enjoyed that dish too.

The best sausage ever. It’s made in the authentic NY Italian way and with the best ingredients. The casing even is the one I remember the butchers using when I was a kid. The buffalo blue chicken sausage is so good you’ll want to order 20 lbs. of it I’m hoping they bring it back soon because I’m running low. Hint hint

the sausages were great, my only problem was i did not get what i ordered. i ordered the sausage stuffed with peppers and onions, and got the sweet instead. they were good and the same price, but after waiting two weeks for shipment...well, no big deal but i think ill just buy sausage where i live.

Your staff especially Diego was so welcoming and wonderful but the delivery was awful late and left the box on the bottom step of my home. I’m a senior and disabled I fell getting the box how awful the box said leave by front door. But they left it on the bottom step of my home I have eight steps in stone. Not good. You should only use FedEx

Missed getting good sausage since leaving NYC. This sausage made up for the 20 years of not having a perfect sausage. Would have sent photo but I ate the product quickly, thus no photo. Not that expensive considering great quality and quantity.

Just had a large gathering with a lot of great food being served. Several people came up to me and asked where the sausage came from and how awesome they thought it was. It was served cut into discs in Esposito's Onion and Pepper Sauce. Wonderful stuff!

Onions & Peppers sausage is delicious. I just wish you would make these links with NO fennel. Not everyone loves fennel, and for people like me, it just repeats on me all day & night. Picking out the fennel is no fun, but it's the only way I can eat it. PLEASE consider making links. I know you offer the cheese & parsley pinwheel without fennel, so why not offer the cheese & parsley sausage links without fennel? It can't be that difficult, especially since I'm sure everything is done by machine. At least make it an option, even if you have to charge another $5.00 to delete the fennel. This is something you should consider as I'm positive I'm not the only one who doesn't like, or can't eat, fennel.

I am a native New Yorker and used to bring sausage back to my current home Colorado after a visit. I have ordered from Esposito's a few times. I have gotten the sausage with peppers and onions, hot italian sausage, sweet italian sausage, buffalo chicken sausage, sausage with provolone chees and sausage with brocolli rabe and mozzarella cheese. Came across Esposito's searching for real Italian pepper and onion sausage and fennel free sausage. So glad I found Esposito's.We have not been able to find really great sausage in Orlando and missed my New York Italian sausages.
