Like Mama's

Yes, this reminds me of what my Mama from Bari used to make. They are high quality, tasty and tender. Cooked them Mama's way: brown on all sides, add some Chianti, braise till wine is almost gone, add to tomato sauce, then bake or simmer. Molto delizioso!

Excellent Bracciole

Esposito's sausage is the holy grail of sausage and the bracciole is fabulous. It's not inexpensive, but after you have theirs, you won't eat any other.
