As Giovanni's sons grew older they too came to work in the family business. The brothers recognized the growing demand for their high quality products (especially their sausage) so they split the business into two separate entities, a retail butcher shop and a wholesale manufacturer and distributor of sausage. Armand Esposito ran the Wholesale business aka Esposito's Finest Quality Sausage Products.
In the 1970's the wholesale business had grown to 10 employees and 100's of local customers. By then (and still!) under USDA inspection, the reputation of Esposito's Finest Quality continued to flourish. A Pick up only business at first, the business now had multiple delivery vehicles and established customers and routes.
During the 1980's with business booming Armand refurbished the entire plant and equipment. Flying directly to his Father's native Italy he contracted with Velati and others to purchase the finest Italian Sausage making equipment capable of handling the growth of his business.
With a refurbished plant and brand new equipment in place Esposito's saw its business double yet again. The 1990's were proving to be the best decade yet for Esposito's.
Sadly in 1999 Armand became ill and passed away leaving the wholesale business to his only daughter.
